Shipping & Live Arrival
Boring policy stuff, written like a real human.
How fast?
Orders ship Monday–Wednesday so nothing sits in a hot truck over the weekend. Most plants arrive within 2–4 business days of purchase.
Free shipping
Orders over $75 ship free anywhere in the contiguous US. Smaller orders are a flat $9.95.
Live arrival guarantee
If a plant or springtail culture arrives damaged, dead or chilled, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or refund — no fight, no fuss.
Where we don't ship
We currently can't ship live plants to California, Hawaii or Alaska. Substrate, driftwood and pods can ship anywhere in the US.
Heat & cold packs
We monitor the forecast on your route and add 72-hour heat or cool packs at no extra charge whenever the temperature warrants.
